MONTHLY CLASSES
Yoga Nidra/Deep Relaxation for Seasonal Wellness
Monthly on Fridays
4.00-5.30 pm
Yoga Nidra is a form of yogic sleep. The participant is lulled into a state of deep relaxation or inner sanctuary, through the guiding voice of the teacher. The purpose is to relax and refresh all the different layers of being: physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. There are many benefits! - including lowered stress, better sleep, being less reactive, lowered blood pressure, reduced anxiety, greater happiness. And anyone can do it! We start off with a series of gentle movements to firstly relax the body so that you can comfortably rest in one position, before having the Yoga Nidra, which will last for around 45 minutes. We will then finish with a short Circle Time, with an opportunity for participants to feedback their experience.
